Does your programme involve doing lots of time consuming exercises?
No. We recommend doing the exercises every day at first until the pain starts to reduce. This should take no more than 5 minutes each day. After that you can do the exercises whenever the pain is bad. Some people prefer to do this each day, others only once per week.
How long does it normally take to cure RSI?
The results depend on the individual but people have been cured in as little as a few days. Most people take somewhere between one and four weeks.
